Couples Therapy Built on Attachment Research

Break the cycle. Build real security.

The Problem:

You love your partner, but something feels broken. You keep having the same fight. You withdraw, or you cling. You misread their intentions. You fear they don't actually care. You've tried to fix it by talking more, helping out, and doing more for your partner, but nothing sticks.

What if the problem isn't that you're incompatible? What if it's that you're stuck in an attachment pattern you learned long ago?

The Solution:

I specialize in attachment-informed couples therapy grounded in research. My doctoral work explored how reflective functioning - which is your ability to understand your own mind and your partner's mind - protects against relationship anxiety and rejection sensitivity.

In therapy together, you'll:

  • Understand why you relate the way you do (not just manage symptoms)

  • See your partner clearly, separate from your own fears

  • Develop the mental clarity that actually protects your connection

  • Create lasting change that sticks long after therapy ends

This isn't homework and worksheets. This is deep work that transforms how you relate.
