Understand Your Patterns. Build Real Security.

Therapy grounded in attachment research and doctoral-level expertise.

The Problem:

You're stuck in a painful loop:

  • You fear rejection so deeply that you either push people away or cling to them

  • You struggle to trust that others genuinely care

  • You react intensely to perceived rejection or criticism

  • You keep repeating the same relationship patterns, even though you swore you wouldn't

You've tried therapy multiple times in the past. But something was missing.

The Solution:

I specialize in rejection sensitivity and attachment patterns using attachment-informed therapy grounded in research. My doctoral dissertation explored how understanding your own mental state and others' mental states—what research calls reflective functioning—protects against rejection sensitivity and transforms relationships.

In therapy, you'll:

  • Understand why these patterns developed (not just manage anxiety)

  • See yourself and others clearly, separate from your rejection fears

  • Develop reflective functioning—the mental skill that actually breaks the cycle

  • Build secure relationships with others and with yourself

This is deeper work than symptom management. It's about understanding yourself at a level that creates lasting change.

Who This Is For:

  • Adults from rejecting, dismissive, or inconsistent family backgrounds

  • People struggling with relationship anxiety rooted in early attachment wounds

  • Those who fear rejection and want to understand why

  • Anyone ready to go deeper, not just manage symptoms

  • LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and folks from marginalized communities (fully affirming)
